1. How do I access BadmintonTV on ClipMyHorse.TV?:
If you do not have an active BadmintonTV subscription, the new Badminton TV Season Pass 2025 (£21.99) will be available for sale right here starting on 15/04/2025 providing a year’s access to all of the Badminton content including the livestream during the 2025 event.
If you already have an active BadmintonTV subscription, your current subscription has been transferred over to the new platform and needs to be activated.
Simply visit https://www.clipmyhorse.tv/login and log in with the password and email address of your existing BadmintonTV subscription.
If you don't recall your password, you can easily reset your password on https://www.clipmyhorse.tv/reset
When your subscription expires you will be invited to renew your Badminton Season Pass subscription.

3. Do I need a ClipMyHorse.TV Premium Membership to watch Badminton Horse Trials?
No, you do not need a ClipMyHorse.TV Premium Membership to watch Badminton Horse Trials. You can still purchase a BadmintonTV Season Pass (£21.99) to watch the event live and on-demand. The Badminton TV Season Pass will be available for purchase right here.
4. Can I still buy a BadmintonTV subscription?
Yes, the BadmintonTV Season Pass will be available for purchase via ClipMyHorse.TV starting on 15 April 2025 and will grant access to the live stream of the 2025 Badminton Horse Trials, as well as on-demand access to all existing Badminton TV content.
5. Can I still login into BadmintonTV?
All BadmintonTV content will now be available on ClipMyHorse.TV . Simply use your email and password to log in to ClipMyHorse.TV (see instructions above), where you will be able to watch all the content.
6. What if I am already a ClipMyHorse.TV Premium Member and also have a BadmintonTV subscription?
If you have subscriptions for both ClipMyHorse.TV and BadmintonTV using the same email address, your BadmintonTV renewal will be automatically cancelled and you will have access to all BadmintonTV content through your ClipMyHorse.TV Premium Membership.
If you use different email addresses for both ClipMyHorse.TV and BadmintonTV and would like to cancel one of your subscriptions, please contact support@clipmyhorse.tv.
7. Does my existing BadmintonTV subscription include the upcoming Badminton Horse
Trials 2025?
If your existing BadmintonTV subscription included the live stream of last year’s Badminton Horse Trials and you have not cancelled your subscription, it will renew on 15th April 2025 and you will be charged the subscription fee of £21.99. You will then have access for another year, including to the live stream of this year’s event.
If your existing BadmintonTV subscription did not include the live stream of last year’s Badminton Horse Trials, because you subscribed after the Badminton Horse Trials 2024, you will have access to the 2025 without additional charges. Your renewal date will be 15th April 2026.
8. What if I only have a ClipMyHorse.TV Premium Membership?
As a ClipMyHorse.TV Premium Member, you will have full access to all BadmintonTV content, including all live streams.
9. Are my credit card details safe?
Yes – your credit card details are completely safe. All payments are handled securely through our trusted payment provider, Stripe. At no point do any employees of BadmintonTV, ClipMyHorse.TV, or any of our partners have access to your full credit card information. Stripe is certified to the highest industry standards for data protection and security (PCI DSS compliant).
10. Were my credit card details shared with anyone?
No – your credit card details were never exported or shared with unauthorized parties.
Here’s how it works:
If you purchased a Badminton Season Pass 2023 or 2024, your payment was processed via Stripe.
These details were securely used by our former technical provider Brightcove for processing the transaction.
As of 2025, ClipMyHorse.TV has taken over the technical management and payment processing for BadmintonTV – using the same Stripe-based system as Brightcove did. At no point were your credit card details transferred from Stripe or handed over to ClipMyHorse.TV in an unprotected form.
11. Why does my credit card statement say "FEI.TV CLIPMYHORSE.TV"?
Don’t worry – this is perfectly normal and not an error. With the transition to ClipMyHorse.TV, all billing and account management for Badminton Season Passes is now handled through the ClipMyHorse.TV platform.
“FEI.TV CLIPMYHORSE.TV” simply reflects this change in the service provider. You are still getting access to your BadmintonTV content as expected, just via our new partner platform.
12. I received an invoice from ClipMyHorse.TV for the Badminton Season Pass – what now?
If you received an invoice, it means your subscription was renewed, but no payment method was present at the time of renewal.
To continue watching, simply log in to your account at ClipMyHorse.TV and pay the invoice there, or use the direct payment link included in the email you received.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal, so your data is safe.
13. My payment on ClipMyHorse.TV failed – how can I still watch BadmintonTV?
If your payment hasn’t gone through, your subscription will be paused after a few days of non-payment.
This means you won’t be able to access the features of your Badminton Season Pass until the invoice is settled.
You can pay the invoice using the link in your email or directly from your ClipMyHorse.TV account.

14. I received a €0 / £0 / $0 invoice – why is that?
If you received an invoice showing €0, £0 or $0, there’s no need to worry – this is not a billing error.
You purchased your Badminton Season Pass later in the 2024 season, which qualifies you for an extra year of access at no additional cost. That means you can continue enjoying all 2025 highlights and content without paying again.
You don’t need to take any action – your access continues automatically.
If you’re unsure about continuing beyond 2025, you can cancel at any time to avoid automatic renewal for 2026 on the 14th of April next year. There will be no charges unless you decide to stay on.
